bandiits in vanilla game never use prosthetics at all

you would have to use mod that give bandit prosthetics and instead of asking mod author of that genius idea, im the one who need to track down which mod you use and why its not fully developed?

It feels a bit off to watch a starving bandit with -300 in shoddy economy limb while skellies can suffer.
