There are subtle nods to it throughout their moveset, but that was an attack that would've been hard to implement in a way that was accurate to the source while still keeping their moveset cohesive. I'm glad you enjoy Napstablook otherwise though! Delta and I had a lot of fun bringing them to life in Rivals, and it overjoys us both that they've been in a good few majors.

This character is cute and honestly kinda sick. It warms my heart to see Napstablook so happy in a game. At the same time, though, I kinda find it weird that he has no reference of his crying attack that he actually does during his boss battle. That's my only gripe. I'm glad he's here, I'm glad he's balanced enough to be comp legal, and I'm glad I get to play such a fun character.
