I have tried playing in multi-server, but I didn't found the T pose issues. So it is sad that idk what caused the issue you mentioned.

Having weird T pose issues with the frennie models, saw you put a fix in an older workshop pack but it's been deleted, any other way to fix or is there a new link to this?

The previous all suivivors pack of Frenni was removed by Steam Admin without knowing the specific reason. I am so tired that just want to let it go. I give up to recover or reupload that all suivivors pack at the moment since individual packs are still alive.
