You'll need the patched version you linked as well as the base mod and this submod.

So I had all three mods enabled and it seemed to work.

this mod seems to crash the game with just the base mod enabled. I tried enabling this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3385983518 that updates the base mod to 6.0, and it works, not sure if the stats are sfo or vanilla tho in game.
