Looking at the dstro file for this mod, on line 9 'ArmyStorageHeadwear' should be 'ArmySurplusHeadwear'. Changing the former to the latter fixes the bug.

I really liked that one too especially since I played the original MW2, and since the vanilla balaclava looks ugly in my opinion (only has eye holes cut out, whereas the one ghost wears has a big cut out, similar to the police balaclava I'm using from shark and peach's law enforcement overhaul)

I added it to my compatibility mod called: Addon_Susceptible Trait - Airborne Infection
Its so cringe and boring.
