I too would like you to bring this over to vanilla BMCE; I prefer vanilla BMCE over BMCER but it's still stuck with the standard non-feminine female scientists.

You mod floods the console with checksum errors:
Error Vertex File for 'humans\scientist_female.mdl' checksum -1297444151 should be -676824001
The mod actually works for the most part. Their eyes are missing, however. Just transparent holes.

Really appreciate this addon! I always felt like the female scientists felt off, but could never figure what it was.
