ok i made quick test so here my feedback
-gun too powerful for both side
-is more danger when you fight against rebels since their aim more accuracy than combine
-shotgun should be able switch pump and semi auto when press M2
-remove detonate Grenade or AR2 ball thing it doesn't serve any purpose
-pistol should function how half life 1 pistol does M1 for accuracy shot and M2 for high fire rate but lose accuracy
-AR2 have high recoil so you have to shoot burst to connect shoot
-SMG need crouching for accuracy
that all for now

Only for the OICW replacer, i personally dont like ADS with the hl2 weapons it never works right so i opted for a crouching increases accuracy approach.

i couldnt replicate your issue with the zoom but i added a delay so hopefully that helped, i added a green overlay and made the shotgun fire more rapidly but do less damage and spamming greatly diminishes accuracy, as for the ai im having issues getting gmod ai to realize these weapons arent semi auto and had to basically force them to mag dump for them to fire full auto, this will likely break other mods and im working on a better solution, thanks for the feedback its been very helpful

also, zoom with m2 is really nice, but zooming in and out rapidly casuses flickering. spas-12 normal attack rate could be increased so it would be like semi-auto. and adding green overlay to oicw zoom would be a neat idea

realisitic combine soldier ai addon seems to be breaking this mod, causing npcs to not hitting the player.

added a damage multiplier, made the npcs fire auto, made alyx and annabelle into their own mod because of compatibility issues and MMod should work correctly and did for me but let me know if theres more issues

some damage options would be nice, since npcs one shooting you aren't that fun to fights against. also for some reason oicw has lower mouse sensivity when you equip it until you use zoom

fixed the ammo issue and fixed the buggyness with the ar2 orbs(i hope) they already did splash damage but could bug out in multiplayer instances a lot, not entirely sure why the npcs single fire with the sweps but im working on it and as far as the custom grenade entity that is a cool idea but probably would take more effort and time then itd be worth for an obscure weapon like the OICW

i really liked your idea for mid air detonation so i implemented it into the mod and made a OICW replacer for this mod but unfortunately i cant make smg grenades detonate mid air for some reason and neither would it let me change the model of the ar2 orb so the grenades just fall straight to the ground when activated and zooming doesnt actually have a scope it just zooms like the crossbow but you can find the addon here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3104634939

I was wondering if You could consider creating a script which makes the OSIPR function like the XM29 OICW with a switch-toggle between a Scope with a customizable overlay and a grenade launcher?

I would also like You to have either part of the addon be able to be enabled or disabled. like having there be a scope and a Combine Ball Launcher or no scope but a Grenade Launcher.

I would like the grenades to have airburst capacity (Have one RMB click dumb-fire grenades, but hold RMB to have a remote-detonating grenade that explodes when You release RMB.), A 5-Round Grenade mag, and have the grenades fly farther than MP7 Grenades.

They would also use the Combine Ball Model rather than the MP7 Grenade model.

fixed the slots although still no icons and i couldnt figure out why ACT_VM_RELOAD only caused an animation in first person for the shotgun, ill fix it eventually
