Ctrl means Control. There are 2 control keys on every keyboard. You can find them under the 'Shift' keys.

Nope, they asked for my SubV2.0 with wasd controls, and it goes down with RIGHTshift!

It has WASD controls becous someone asked me to make a sub with WASD. if you have a numpad, you can use the original SubV2.0
