Scratch that, just randomly checked today and the list of recipes has doubled and they're suddenly there.

Yeah, I've done that numerous times and it hasn't shown up. My mechanics and metalworking skills are both nearly maxed out too so there shouldn't be anything precluding me from viewing those recipes. Very weird.

If you read protocal Alpha (red), it should appear in recipes under zrap category

Hey, how do you make factory-grade armor? I've found (and read ofc) the book numerous times but I don't have a recipe in the crafting menu. Is it created somewhere else?

@TTAJ1bl4 Can you create post/discussion (or whatever it is called) where vehicles and protocols spawn? From what I understood there should be Z.R.A.P. next to prison but I not find it in 2 playthroughs. Ironicly I was able to find at random spawn parked next to hotel... It's likely another mob is overwriting the spawn, so I want to narrow down the search to places with the highest chance.

KATTAJ1_ZRAP_No_Spawns - vehicle will not spawn in the world
