[WotC] Predator Class

I just found out that this class mod id is the default MyXCOM2Mod. So, it kinda had a problem as one of the newer mod also didn't change the default mod id and now it cause a problem as duplicate mod id.

Anyway, I think you should change the mod id to be more unique though. I will help identify the mod and be more compatible.

The mod I refer to is [WOTC] Solo Operative (Without Debuff) . I also inform that mod about the default mod id problem.

i assume we can use LW2 classes and perks in place of the LW2 classes perk pack (i already have my character pool built around the classes)

@silverleaf1 I think TD is fine where it's at as an option. Predators ARE known to be extraordinary trackers so it fits the IP/synopsis. Also, at later ranks, there are way more powerful options for abilities and if I recall, I originally had TD at rookie rank. I do try my best to test my classes for bugs and balance before publishing and this version felt/played right to me. You are welcome to make your own edits to fit your play style. That's what I did with other people's classes before I decided to make my own. Thanks for using my mod and good luck Commander!

@Drumax I am not sure where to start. Most classes I am using are Proficiency Classes, which are designed to work together. I just finished the campaign. What do you think of my comment the target definition ability?

@silverleaf1 I'm not sure what the issue is but it seems you may have a mod conflict. There should not be anything from this mod that would be causing this issue. All of the abilities are pulled from the mods listed/required. I have not added any coding or abilities to this mod. Good luck troubleshooting the issue Commander!

@Drumax This class is unable to complete the final mission in strongholds. I tried adding the mod, Custom Soldiers Evac Zone Fix, and still this class could not enter the second part of the stronghold mission.

@Drumax This is a very useful class. One comment I have is about the ability "target definition.' Target definition seems to be a higher level ability to me, but maybe I am wrong. I am curious how others feel about the ability.

Hey. I'll take what I can get. A lot of class mods or Overhaul mods like CI use one or the other. Since you can only pick one, I've always wondered if I was going to run into a problem later down the road. I'm just happy to be able to use this mod. Thanks to both of you.

@Papistman - Yes, it can, as long as it's the ''Classes and Perk mod'', and not the classes on its own. The two work nearly interchangeably, and there is no functional mod difference between the two that advanced users have become aware of.

@Drumax - There is no abilities added needed. Anyone with an active WSR profile can easily add them to it, if their equivalants aren't added already.

@Papistman Sorry, it can not. That mod is incompatible with my Predator Class mod. It would cause major issues.

LeyShade yea, I meant without config changes....hehe. But the issue is now having abilities to support those added weapons. This class is already 4 tier full with abilities. I practically threw in the kitchen sink and you guys want more...hehe. Anyone is welcome to make edit changes to an of my mods but I'm not making changes to a mod I deem already satisfied with. I do take commissions on any class build ideas, so there is that route.

You need only ever edit the correct classdata.ini to do so :)

Example given:

+AllowedWeapons=(SlotType=eInvSlot_PrimaryWeapon, WeaponType="glaive")
+AllowedWeapons=(SlotType=eInvSlot_PrimaryWeapon, WeaponType="sword")
+AllowedWeapons=(SlotType=eInvSlot_SecondaryWeapon, WeaponType="shield")

Can it use the Glaives and shields as well?
and also use the swords/glaives as a primary weapon?
