@Nightmare Rockstar Foxy If you ever experience problems like that (and have all the addons needed) then try quitting Gmod and going back in. It worked for me.

ok so there is a problem i have 1st off when i have both the other addons disabled like the original events and no events and content pack and activate the 2 the game is laggy and dinning room tables vanish and other things like the office desk is floating so i had to enable the new contents and that fix the lag and the dinning room tables but other things are floating even the office desk

so this old events map will still have the recent updates still from before it updated to the help wanted version like foxy killing you after 6am bug?
