@Pletter This is specifically to address how the game works with unit sight ranges and alert mechanics. It won't fix LoS jank, but it does fix issues in which some kind of sight modifier is active, because normally, the game nukes sight modifiers from the enemy team once they enter red alert (nobody knows the reason why).

So effects like Blinds, Sitreps like Low Visibility, would all stop affecting an enemy once they entered Red Alert. And Hacking the turret would put it on Red Alert once the hack expired. So if you had a Sitrep or Dark Event or something modifying the Sight Ranges in that mission, then yes, this would address that issue.

Mind you, I hacked the turret while concealed, meaning it was not on alert.

I was playing lwotc and I hacked a turret once. Then ignored it once I got out of sight range. Turns out the turret can still fucking target you even if it can't see you and you can't see it and you are clearly outside its range. Would this address the issue or is this something else?

I thought it was going to be a fix for Andromedons being petty bitches and using their abilities even after getting disoriented, but I'll take the sight range fix!
