When someone searches a keyword on the workshop, the search will look for appearances of said keyword in the title and description of all addons within the specified criteria.
To the point, people who search the keyword 'playermodel' will come across your addon because you have that word in your description, which increases the amount of people asking for it since that is what they were looking for when they made the search.
TL;DR: Don't put the word 'playermodel' in the description of your addon, and less people will ask you about it.
