The face comes from the gene with the white hair Icon so you can either make a patch using Custom Xenotype Exporter Tool without that gene or use cherry picker to disable it.
The gene doesn't do anything else so it wont break anything.
Is it possible to have this Xenotype look the same as base pawns in the same way Alpha Genes/Mammalia/Vanilla Expanded do? If not, is there another mod that brings the other pawns to look the same?
The look by itself is fine and I am curious on seeing how this mod shakes things up. But it feels a bit odd to see two very different art styles between say a vanilla Hussar and an Atar.
Regardless, thanks for posting this interesting Xenotype mod on the workshop.
Since this mod require Biotech DLC, would you like to add following line into About·xml?

Ludeon.RimWorld.Biotech

This will help when someone is using auto sorting system for mods.
The gauge was incorrect in 1.5, so I changed it to something else.
It will disappear on its own over time.
Here are the logs I don't know if another mod is causing it but it only has happen when I attack it

Either way fun mod
