Cool idea—actually, it's pretty innovative.
But wouldn’t it be possible to just make it fully functional for now by fixing only the bug where the truck jerks when starting or reversing? At least for the time being.

About the 2.0 version: I would work it in a plug in, not necessary mod, because I want to develope an advanced physics, with tire def, flexible chassis and other adv physics atributes...But my time is running like a jet...So I will work here,at least for now. I'm Brazilian and I really enjoy using this physics mod. However, in this 1.54 there is an annoying bug, where the truck gets stuck, like sometimes it doesn't want to reverse and sometimes it doesn't want to go forward, it happens a lot when it's loaded.

I don't know if anything has been changed to the gearbox, but I've noticed since the most recent update to the mod, that it seems to be hunting for a gear more (jumping between gears). Usually happens at low speed, between 4th and 6th gears, or between 6th and 8th gear, depending on throttle position.

It just doesn't seem to want to get in gear and stay there until I either let off the throttle and slow down a bit, or use "shift up hint".

Every time you tap the break lightly your truck becomes a stunt bike and hits a stoppie. Breaking needs work.
