You could kinda fix the map for the Navmesh uisng NPC's since they can't detect rooms if they are chasing on the stairs

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO USE THE MOD FOR SFM:
if you want to transfer the map file over too sfm and you're wondering:
"hey, wheres the .gma file?"
for some reason, more recent addons are being placed in the:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\4000
not sure why that is, but its how it do.
from there your steps are normal:
drag to gmad.exe
take new folder and add to maps in a custom folder or usermod

its my fave map the lightings good has navmeash ect+but they shold make the doors teleport inside instead of walking in it would be more like the game
