To answer with some VERY late answers to below:

1. You have to spawn the zombies yourself

2. You can use this map/any other map(s) I made in any servers you want, or whatever you want it for, as long as you credit me

3. The map uses base content only (Hl2), so if you are missing textures, you probably have some addons or something interfering, otherwise verify cache.

Yes, you can play this on sandbox with zombies spawning.. pretty sure thats what it was meant for..
