Glad you asked. I recently stumbled upon it myself when I was trying to find good Sonic maps for my artwork for the Sonic ports I uploaded. It turns out the map is called gm_New_Republic, which was a really old map that was made in 2009, I believe. It was before Garry's Mod 12 released a year later, and it used to be available for download through garrysmod.org before it moved over to garrysmods.org in 2015. However, after garrysmods.org was modified to redirect back to the Steam Workshop last year, it was believed that it was indefinitely lost to time. However, a friend of mine was able to find it in a mega archive collection of mods from those sites, and I even spoke to the original creator about it and asked for permission to upload the map on their behalf, which they were totally cool with. Fun fact, the original creator of the map is the same person who made the sa_echidna_shrin map
