As someone who lacks the motivation to make a half-way decent npc house that isn't just a god forsaken box, I love this because of how nice it looks, and the basement is a nice touch!
This especially works well with the Roommates mod since then all the NPCs can move into the same spawn house together.
TL:DR, your doing great and we all appreciate you, hope your healthy and safe friend ^^
Thanks for the latest changes like moving the house from the spawn point.
A good idea, for the future, would be to have it interact with the chad furniture mod to add decoration, although I don't know if it can be done.
