it also just made more sense imo, no way a resistance group would be able to win against the combine, they would 100% need something like the conscripts if they wanted to stand a chance

Hope you can do Fanmade Beta Combine sounds. You just need to put them in a 2003 styled vocoder on the voicelines. I plan on doing a similar thing like you.

I've also replaced the distant roaring sounds like the antlions, the gunships, the striders and the zombies, as well as working on remaking the citadel ambience sounds
