ok so it does, the side you place it on when placing directly on a vacuum pipe or port, its the output side...

why do you not have the grow container 3 vacuum ports be input/output at the same time? or at least have an indicator on the hover before placement to show the input and output so you can rotate it correctly?

Also to clarify further, when you are referring to a side do mean that
A:one end of the farm, as in the left farm plot and the pipe connectors touching it are inputs with the right farm plot and its pipe connectors are outputs.
Or
B:The pipe connectors on the same long side are both inputs and the opposing long side are just outputs.
If its B my setup should work, but it won't with A.

Batteries aren't a problem, I have a dedicated battery box for them that's still pretty much full.
The dedicated inputs and outputs looks to be the issue as my pipe network is in a loop on one end of the farm, basically I'v connected to both inputs and no outputs. Now that I know that, it's an easy fix and would also explain why my first setup wouldn't pull anything as I apparently connected to just the output side. I would recommend, if you can, changing the green emissive lights on the pipe connections to blue (the one used for an active pipe segment) and red to mark input/outputs. There is know way to tell which end is which as it stands without trial and error.

As far as I've checked, the farm should be pushing the grown crops normally. It's most likely that the battery container to which the grow container was connected to ran out of batteries. There are two output ports on either side. Each port on either side functions the same, two ports input while the other two (on the same side) output. The reason why this is so is because of symmetry

I've noticed that the fully upgraded farms don't push the grown (or "completed" since it works like a craft bot) crops into the pipe system even though there is plenty of space in the connected chest and can pull water and seeds from the same system without issue.

You can craft them in the Modded craftbot which can be crafted in the workbench.

You can get the glow bug from the trader, if you have modded craftbot recipes installed. Or you can get it as loot from feeding a glow bug if you have my custom loot mod installed

I've also added vaccum ports to every crafter (you need to upgrade them) so that you can automate milk, glow, crops, battery and gasoline conversion ;)
P.S. Windmill model is still in the works. it is supposed to generate batteries based on its altitude. Its present in the mod but there is no model or animations for it yet

I like that a lot of the parts are craftable, including the conveyor but the grow box seems to have the same upgrade system as before(lvl 1 to lvl 2 through upgrade while lvl 3 is craftable only) I dunno if I did something wrong but the mod definitely updated

Oh I see. I spawned the second growbox, didnt see the upgrade to the third so instead I opened craftbot and saw there was only first and last. So you craft first one and then upgrade that to second but if you wanna get the third you cant upgrade from second - instead have to craft a new one. Gotta say - not the most intuitive system. Maybe wanna pick one or the other instead of both at the same time?

The second tier of growbox can be obtained by upgrading the first tier in the gui (should at the top right corner of the gui). The third tier of growbox can be obtained by crafting it in the craftbot. Anyways thanks for playing the mod :D

Hey, I checked out your mod again and I gotta say I really like that growbox. Although I couldnt find a way to craft the second tier of the growbox, I dunno if there is some problem on my end or what not. I do feel like the models used could be better(especially for the conveyor) but of course thats a preference.

Anyhow, great work - keep it up!

That is a great idea! Great way to get batteries mid game. Maybe add the connections that I previously mentioned to it too.

Also another thing. The battery generator that generates battery without cost will be repurposed into a solar panel. It will generate batteries slowly during the day as along there's nothing blocking it above (like how a real life solar panel works).

Well thanks for MAKING the mod. There really isnt a lot of mods with conveyor belts or a way to get batteries. If I can make one more suggestion I think it would be cool if you added the pipe-chest-thingy connectors to the converters. And maybe make it powered through switch. Like that way you could connect a chest to it and automate the conversion.

Cool ideas, wwish you added conveyor recipe.
Also I feel like the free battery generation is a bit OP. Maybe if it needed say chemicals or generated slower it would make more sense.
