i looked at both of the isaac resprites and the color is *very* slightly different so its probably not just a reupload, sorry about that

hiya axol, we havent made a mod for that yet because that would require us (purist) to resprite every single character cosmetic, the mod for that video is just a basic itemless isaac resprite.

since i dont know much about isaac modding and i dont want to create a seperate mod just for the floor,
one thing you can do is go into the mod folder, find "faith dogma" go to \resources\gfx\backdrop and delete "house_dogma.png"

This might be a strange request but do you think you could make a version that just changes Dogma itself and not the background? I unironically love the reskin outside the context of Faith.

I had very few mods enabled, but for whatever reason Epiphany was the cause of the TV not being the correct sprite. Weird, I don't remember it changing the files for dogma at all;;

any mod that modifies the dogma files is incompatible, including but not limited to: dowogma, all neko bosses and of course jermas face burnt into the tv
basically try disable-ing any mods that could change the dogma sprites
