yes, as to "howl" changing, i think the best idea would be to keep global at 3 but make - local CD - 6, this move will still keep howlers less dangerous however u'll also have to keep an eye on each of them individually (and if possible kill ASAP those who didn't howl yet..)

At first i'd like to test definitely the best idea of this mod - 'Headshots limited to Overwatch' of course!). May it be separated from the other stuff by means of INI removals?
