Just spent 2 hours figuring out this mod fails to load at game start

This mod seems to be incompatible with Yet (not) Another Maps Pack

I'm using extended Eras and on standard the barbarians take 310 points/turns to convert. Is this correct or is there a weird interaction going on?

With my current modlist, This mod and its dependancy make the game fail to load.
