@Superior 1. The house has finished modeling by 80%, you still need to make textures, apply them and make other improvements. Tomorrow/the day after tomorrow it will be ready
2. I quickly get tired of doing anything in one city, but I like Chicago. In addition, there are universal buildings that will fit into almost any American city. I will focus on it for now
