Also i have do the same thing since i have made mods. Only XML stuff so i'm going have to check if everything works.
I had both versions of VFE spacer module installed. One was not loaded (The old one) I completely forgot about if the mods have the same PackageID it can cause a lot of issues.
At least we know everything works
I think the code handling the Gizmo works completely differently compared to the rendering code in regards of how it detects for compatibility with other mods.
The Rimflix gizmo appears on the HyperScreen TV however it refuses to render the Rimflix Graphics.
settings menu normally shows the icon for the Ultrascreen TV but in this case it does not.
I backported to the old version of VFE Spacer and the problem went away.
I will give it a quick test in game just in case
Steam is going to auto update you to the new version so you are kinda out of luck.
having the massive tv avalible but not being ableto use it is frustraiting

Another I use less is [RH2] Uncle Boris' - Used Furniture (panasonic tv/LCD/Xbox) but would also be awesome if they can be supported, thanks :D

@Zaljerem would it be possible to request compatibility patch for other TV mods? or do you suggest its possible to self-patch by studying the XML files would be possible? thanks
