it works now however it spawns both the preset and the custom made ones

I made some adjustments, and check that they appear in the game, if there are more problems let me know

I already found the solution, what happens is that if the species is not enabled to appear randomly, the empires with that species will not appear automatically, now I correct it and upload it

when used as a custom empire they dont spawn even when forced to, I think this has to do with the empires species placement as a human and the game's stupid spawn requirements dont allow them to be used with the martian portraits
