very balanced character, no cost for castling, lot of unparryable attacks, and immidiate switching with tempo where even grab cant hit. i highly recommend this charactr if you are masochist

Interesting execution, I like the mobility and sudden explosions of range. However, Fencer does not have a grab. Is there a reason for this? It seems pretty crippling.

there's a bug where i'm pretty sure if you castle, and the opponent free cancels, prediction just breaks and doesn't show your actual position

Game consistently crashing anytime I flip Footwork on while in game.

Re-subscribe to the character, verify the game files, clear the character cache, and pre-load the character in singleplayer and test their Footwork toggle. That's if you want to be absolutely thorough when squashing the Footwork crash.

Worked in single player, crashed when I tried to load into a match with them in multi.

@Exotic: All of Fencer's stance transition abilities - Passa Sotto, Crescendo, and Dal Cielo - have an attack built into each as part of the transition. Flicking the "Haste" toggle on these moves skips the attack in order to speed up the transition and make you actionable sooner. Passa Sotto (i16 normally), Dal Cielo (i16), and Crescendo (i18) all become i12 transitions with Haste in exchange for no attack.

what does haste do?

is the rest of the modpack in progress? I love the idea of something that builds on vanilla hustle rather than more overpowered high concept nonsense

A very well done vanilla-esque character, amond all other weirdly flashy op chars this one stands out cuz it really belongs to base roster, i love how they play and that they still can carry a lot of impact when utilzied properly

Is Footwork not bugged for everyone? Its just hard to understand how anyone's looking forward to this character then its main gimmick is bugged out
