Okay, and? Just because you played 50-100 hours of the game doesn't mean you're an expert in anything.
It looks different because of the shaders that PD2 currently uses, they've been changed at one point. Its still the same model and textures but with a different viewmodel.

This mod also uses a long barrel which doesn't come with the weapon in-game, although it did at one point during Criminal Career Edition closed beta, not sure why they changed it to be honest.

In payday 2, yes, it looks different because of the very strange blue contrast, but the model and texture are original.
