FYI: Last SE update seems to have broken something with the small connectors of this mod. Investigating...

Are you talking about the small end conveyor ports? The ones marked with small triangles/arrows?

They are "compact ports" and cannot be directly plugged into vanilla conveyors, you need to add the 1x1x1 compact-to-vanilla adapter.

the mini "large drill" is not transfering the ores, stone or ice through the conveyor system

Do you plan to update the graphics too? They are a bit dated at this point.
