Dimitri, Claude, and Edelgard always appear, while their retainers (Dudue, Hilda, and Hubert) have a high chance to appear, and Bernadetta and Lysithea have a smaller chance (higher if their house's retainer isn't there!) with Rhea and Gatekeeper as the rarest.
