I'll simply explain it.
For the white lined foliage texture you have to install Portal DLC in SFM and then use SDK to get it working. (You can watch tutorials on this if you are new)
For the turbine's middle textures you have to install this addon >> https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=475172799
These are the two things I've managed to do to get this piece of crap map to work in my animation. (Shameless plug)
I dont know what's helped, (may be Quin) but finaly I have the plants!! I've downloaded the portal combat dlc from steam, and I've subscribed to Quins "Abandoned fix" (or something like that name). You can find it on his profile. Than I've started sfm/ lunch.sdk NOT SOURCE FILMMAKER. There click the last point - I dont know what its name but it's long :'D- and there you can add the portal2 files. Than lunch soutrce filmmaker and enjoy that awesome map!
