bshift folder ? asheep folder ? hl2 ? bms ? Where ?

Find $hboxset "default" in qc file of model. There you will see $hbox 4106 "ValveBiped.Bip01_Head1" -2.68 -5.8 -4.63 8.29 3.01 4.46 as well.

4106 means it will be bulletproof. Change 4106 to 4 for example. This will make hitbox vulnerable but still tough enough, which would fit Heavy unit.

@Monolith Fanatic yeah I saw that, I have no clue on hitboxes since they I didn't see them in the QC, do you know where they are located so I can fix em?

The reason why there's no Heavy Black Ops Commanders is because the model has bulletproof head hitbox, it would be weird if you shot Black Ops in the head and he still survived without any head protection.
