A shame, really. If the mainline wasn't dispatch board locked I probably would still play Train-build every now and then.
If you were looking for controllable trains for TP3, then I found a couple based on Metrostroy. It should work fine.

After running several trains through this map (Wolfram to Rockfort and back again), it's amazing to see the updated version of the place I once called "my virtual home" brought to reality.
I see there's a fair bit of hate towards the new RSG tracks. Honestly? Ignore them. RSG is the future, whether they like it or not.
Thank you very much for making this map, Magnum. Both you and Grove have done some amazing work for the train build community, over the years.
Please give my regards to Grove as well. Both of y'all are amazing. =^/.^=
Though I can't wait until there's more scenery in place.
This map uses RSG (Realistic Standard Gauge) compared to the older PHX track gauge used by most train addons. You're supposed to build the trains yourself. If you don't know how to do that, try asking help from others in the Trainbuild community.
It's kinda a shame it doesn't use the same rails as the OG but I'm a filmmaker so I'm able to bypass this issue easily
It took me a few minutes to learn how to use the dispatcher panel, but I eventually figured it out and it honestly wasn't that difficult to use. The track layout coming out of Wolfram on the panel was a little disorienting, but as I said, I eventually figured it out,
There were a few kinks in the track where I derailed, but it's still early days for this map.
While I am biased towards PHX as most of the models I built were built to that gauge, I don't have any major objections to playing with RSG map. I just wish there were more diesel locomotive trucks that were available for RSG-, but even then, with the recent arrival of Advanced Bonemerge, I think I know a way to sort of "cheat" and work my way around that.
