Basically using negative values on the camera SSAO settings (with Flex Unlocker) will invert the SSAO Dots and take on the appearance of an emission map, which you can manipulate to give you SSS.
Also updated the map so that the SSAO tint is no longer red and gives this effect.
Right Click Main Camera -> Show in Element Viewer -> Camera and change "SSAO Tint" from red to black. Alternativly, you can wait for me to update the download, cause i'll fix that.
Btw, these maps produce their own Ambient Occlusion (far superior AO), so you should turn SSAO off. I didn't mention turning it off, so that's my fault.
