Sorry for late reply, but it's very easy. All you need is crowbar, vpkedit is optional (since crowbar can unpack the mod too), and vtfedit, and vpk.exe for packing the folder to vpk. Do you want me to continue, or should I give you the guide that I used and learned to compress?
