@Dragonlord, [WOTC] Extended Perk Pack(The source of Rampart) does not list a duration unlike other perks they have created. As they designed it I am led to believe the answer is yes.

That specific message is harmless and likely unrelated, for what it's worth. That's just base-game logging, and I see it spammed a bunch in my (working) campaign as well.

I've been unable to find the incompatibility, but with further testing I've determined that this mod is not the issue. There is definitively something weird going on with shields themselves in my modlist as the bug has started to affect other shield specs like the knight.

Unfortunately, that really isn't helpful. It's the base game basically saying "the turn has ended", something we knew already.

I think there is an incompatibility with the Coordinated Turn Interruptions mod.
Whenever the game skips an Ironclad, my log spits out:

Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm using Odd S9: Season 9 Gameplay Collection mod list.
I'm in the process of going through it to see if I can find any obvious incompatibilities.

@JKingJ You should check your logs when this occurs, it might give a better idea as to what is happening there. As it stands I cannot get your issue to replicate and cannot do anything for you.

Ironclad spec acting buggy.
Tested with multiple spec combinations.
Game seems to want to skip a soldier with this spec's turn.
If they are last to act and still have actions the game will move on to Advent's turn.
If idle on soldier with this spec for too long, it will auto tab to the next soldier.
At first I thought maybe it was the shield that was bugging out, but other specs that use shields don't have this issue so...

Resubscribing seems to have fixed the issue, even though it looked like I had the latest files already. Steam being weird on my side, it seems.

I only see the squaddie perks of each spec, then some extra, maybe 3 or 4, random ones under if I scroll down that are unlocked but not purchased. Nothing in any other ranks. Already rerolled it several times and always happens with veteran primary. The spec names still show up though, on the left.

Can confirm it's working here as well, though that issue does sound strange...

What exactly are you seeing? Is there a huge list of perks at squaddie, extending down? Or is the whole tree still there, but is it all yellow and not selected? The former is likely a config issue somewhere (though Veteran's config should be fine now), the latter will be caused by a spec updating its exclusions and invalidating your class.

If your issue is the latter, you can use my Amalgamation Console Helper to roll a fresh class. Enable console in AML, open the big console, type "RollSpecs 5 X Y Z" (substituting X Y Z with one or two of your previous spec names and an "any"), and then apply a class with "ApplyClass #".

@Kamput After checking that the update did not break functionality I can confirm this would appear to be just you. The tree was fully functional.

Make sure you have all dependencies active.
If you do, attempt changing your soldier Specs via console and see if that helps.

Veteran seems to have broken for me - it breaks with any combination of specs, just showing an empty tree for all three, with some extra perks under squaddie row. Is the issue on my end? All other specs work fine.

Thanks for the quick update. Might need another one, though -- it's missing a comma between the Will and CombatSims blocks, so it still won't read the sims.

Found an issue with Veteran: It doesn't grant the CombatSims stat, meaning it won't be able to equip any PCSes. Easy to fix, just gotta set it to 1 at squaddie.

(testing a few new console commands, turns out they're surprisingly useful for finding issues like these! everything else looked good for your specs)

@Madzak I don't think I can do anything about Diving Slash, the script is handled by Mitzruti's Perk Pack so you should try reinstalling it.

Double Tap isn't bound to primary weapon in the Veteran spec.

Hey, using this with S9. Veteran has double tap perk, but cannot use it since its meant for sniper rifles. I cannot equip a sniper rifle on my Veteran.
Legendary Warrior has Diving Slash, which should have its cooldown reset to zero on kill by the soldier. I am not able to reset the cooldown however.

Curious, but Drone Pilot, Ironclad, Riot and Commissar aren't showing up in my available class list except for a handful of times, and I can't see Legendary Warrior or Sword Master at all. Is this based on rarity, or is something not working right on my end?

It isn't a hard dependency and I will change the page to reflect this better.

Testing the color icons in game, I noticed two things you may want to add. Feel free to hit me up in Steam or Discord too (same username in both places).

1. Without some other mod setting the shield text, it will say "?INT?Amalgamation.UIWeaponCat.Shield?"

Fixed in Localization\Amalgamation.int, add:
[UIWeaponCat]
Shield="Shield"

2. Without some other mod disabling the ShadowOps classes, they can show up

Fixed in Config\XComAmalgamation.ini, add (at the very bottom):

I have some news. I'm the guy that does the color class icons and color class icons:amalgamation mods, so I looked at the spec icons here to create color versions. I noticed the Commissar and Sword Master don't have "real" icons, they just use the Assault as a default. So, I made two new icons for them. Here you can see the new ones I created, plus the color versions for all the specs: https://imgur.com/a/Cn2CNI1 I'm happy to provide the blue ones to you (I'll put the color versions in CCI:A). Congrats on release!

It may be worth checking some other specs' configs to see how they handle their exclusions -- right now, your specs will appear way too often because they're in way too many valid class combinations. Specs that add new primary weapons are particularly dangerous here, as a lot of specs require very specific primaries to work correctly.

You can visualize all of this by using CountSpecs from my Amalgamation Console Helper dev mod.

As for the Tank rename issue, I noticed you have a few trailing commas (commas behind the last entry of a list item), and a good few the specs seem to be missing a closing ")" bracket after the SpecDataset definition. Chances are patching those up will make it work again.

Hello friend! A good batch here! Pretty excited to test them out. But I've come to find out your exclusions are a bit too open. Many of the classes have conflicts, don't want, want to stay rare, or shouldn't have access to them at all. Other than that, pretty good to have you around!

Always happy to see some new Amalgamation classes! There is a problem though: the spec name for h4ilst0rm's Knight spec is "Tank", so this mod will conflict with it. Easy enough to fix though: call it "DTTank" or something.
