Weird why most setups have 0 engine braking?

"I recently updated Bahrain, which should improve performance slightly. However, creating detailed setups for each track is a time-consuming process. Each track won't have updates immediately, but I'm working on it daily. It requires multiple practice runs with different tire compounds to ensure optimal performance. Your patience is appreciated."
