@gamgii Grail Knights have been given Blessing of the Lady and Greatsword Grail Knights have had their armor increased since it didnt match with dismounted Grail Knights armor level.

@everyone mod has been updated, see change notes for changes, if anyone encounters a problem let me know, everything works solid on my end but issues can always randomly pop up.

Hey! I love this mod and definitely look forward to more updates. My only gripe right now is the Grail Foot Knights don't have "The Blessing of the Lady" ward save, which is making them under perform compared to Knights of the Realm.

Other than that, this mod is now a staple of my single player experience

Its the same with the knights of the realm for some reason, I think it is something to do with the helmet model

Hello, there is this weird glitch where the dismounted grail knights (all of their variants) have clear spots in their helmets. The front part of the helmet will be half missing with only the outline of the helmet showing

@everyone, apologies to the long time between updates and releasing of the Empire mod, irl stuff and computer issues for awhile created many set backs, i am still working on the empire mod and updates for bretonnia and cathay. Know that i still have lots planned and have not abandoned the mod i just have had some minor and major setbacks along the way.

@Kane Beckett its still in the works, i went in and revised a bunch of stuff cause i wasnt really satisfied with how a lot of the unit ideas i had were shaping up to be, so i got rid of some, added others, found out some are outside my modding ability at the moment, so yea ive been busy with it but unfortunately its still not done, believe me i want it done too lol, also my disorganization with what i want to do has been hurting me on time as well.

Hi, i would like to report that helmets of:
dismounted grail knights
greatsword grail knights

they have strange texture in their helmet... well they do have it, but lacking some "plates" in it xD
Hard to explain, cus there is helmet but its kinda borken/missing some parts.

Dont know if this on others units your mod provide.
And this can be seen only when on battle.

@LWH the units do benefit from the technology tree and (should)benefit from hero trees as well
and the Ai SHOULD be able to use them as I dont specifically recall making them availabe for players only but I'll double check once I get my update ready to roll out.

@Machiavel I'll definitely try to make a submod for it and any other mods I make provided its not TOO much of a hassle to deal with BUT dont expect it any time soon(unless one day I take a peak at it and realize I can make it quick and easy), I got lots of stuff I'd like to work on first.

Anyway, I use X2 mods like a lot of players and I can't get enough of them, and since I love this mod, I thought it would be great if it wasn't too complicated to adapt it to X2. And it just so happens that there are no Bretonia unit submods that are X2 (I play Bretonnia and X2 so that's how I know, I look for it every time), so that would be even more exceptional since it would be the first. :)

For Double Unit size, I recommend setting Unit Size to "Ultra". THAT is relatively popular
I also like Snek's "Pile of Trash (Units) - he just doubles a handful of trash units and keeps everything elae the same. Works better IMHO (gives you a good idea how good the balance of the average 2x unit site mod is...)

@MadRevenant @Machiavel It's nice of him to react like that, but there are at least 2 modders (one is called Coffee800, I think and his mod "Double Unit size") who specialise in Double Unit size mods. It's far from popular, it's usually something people have fun with for a week until they realise except frying their GPU and throwing the balance off the entire game to hell not much more positive things are to be expected

If you DON'T use mods, maybe you can kind of do it as the original author intended, but it's just like SFO or Radious - you can spend half your life chasing submods and finding out where the weird crash is coming from until one day you realise you spend more time chasing these crashes than anything
