I know that other people might want something slightly different, that's why I'm always fine with anyone downloading and further altering my addons to add or change whatever they want with it. I'm even fine with them publishing their altered version publicly, as long as they give credits accordingly.
Even if you have 0 programming skills, AI Tools are making it possible for anyone to alter or create LUA-based addons, even if optimization can be dodgy.
In any case, I think it doesn't cost you anything to add support for NPCs and the ability to simply disable this feature if desired. Sorry to bother you man
It's the same case as the previous addon:
Doable? Yes.
Worth the trouble? No.
If you were to make every single NPC draw traces every single frame to check for ragdolls as is done for the player, it would absolutely demolish ingame performance for what is basically a really minor and unimportant effect. 'Sides, NPCs already jiggle ragdolls occasionally when walking over them due to how the physics work.
I previously suggested this idea to you in the previous version of the addon, but... Have you considered the idea of adding support for npc as well?
