@Llenn I did look into it and it seems there was no issue when I tested it, so there is prob some sort of mod conflict or somehow the mod's data got corrupted on your side

Mod has been updated to 1.6, as always please lmk if there is any bugs or issues that arise.

Sidenote - show me their hands compatibility will come once SMTH updates to 1.6

@ghastlyskull can you please take a look at the texture are just black e.g. BionicSpine_Fat_south.png or BionicJaw_north.png I have also downloaded the mod again but always the same in game you see then just a square with a red X

You include an old version of the ShowMeYourHands.dll in this mod, please remove it as it causes errors if this mod is loaded before Show Me Your Hands since it blocks the loading of the updated assembly.

Awesome mod, works very well with the various face mods for me, and adds a new depth to my Rimworld!

Just out of curiosity, I've been trying to "hide" the Armorskin/Stoneskin Glands' visuals, and as mentioned by author, you can have them "render underneath everything else". How would this be done? I don't mind editing files or data or anything, but I did see in the mod config that you can alter the layers at which they render, but even at 0, which is "Body", they don't disappear.

@Seti Its automatic, unless your talking about how to add bionics. In that case there is no current guide on how to make them visible at the current moment

Additionally, I have also found that no amount of slider adjustment, at least for my save, work in-game. They can only take effect after fully closing and reopening the game.

I am, to be fair, using over 200 mods rn. But as far as I can tell, none of them are conflicting as I recieve no error messages about this mod. Yet obviously something must be conflicting if I'm the only one reporting these issues.

Alright well, for almost all of yesterday I managed to get the reader to render above the sensitizer.

Unfortunately the reader was then forcefully rendering itself in front of everything else lmao but I figured just getting it to render above the sensitizer was a win-enoigh for the day lmao.

Today I woke up and fired up rim-rim and now things have returned to the sensitizer always rendering above the reader 😓

I've re-initialized the game to see if it would fit it and so far no luck.

I've tried pulling out both "Hooded Capes and Armor" and "Masks with Hats" and its clear something is going on with them and the layers, but I don't know if they are genuine culprits since removing them doesn't fix the sliders.

After some more testing I found that Hooded Capes & Armor does something to the layers that affects cybernetic display.

It made neurocalulators not show up for me. It wasn't enough to re-initialize the mod-list, I have to fully close and reopen the game for them to show up again.

Gotcha, so I have about 15 pawns all with Psychic sensitizers.

The main issue, (I think) I'm having is that regaurdless of the layerbI have the slider set to, the sensitizer always renders on top of readers

I do have one character with just about "everything," in her brain; Sensitizer, Harmonizer, Learning Assistant, Neuocalculator. And looking at her, I've managed to get the harmonizer to render above the sensitizer, and the calculator above that, but so far no amount of manipulation seems to effect the readers layer

Do you need to re-initialize the save for the layers to re-adjust?

@Gamma sure, what cybernetics are you using, and off to the right side has a bunch of values with the corresponding layer that they be drawn on.

Hello! I am having some trouble understanding how the settings work. Could you provide a more detailed description on what the sliders actually do?

I have a pawn with several brain cybernetics and its clearly missing some renders or their being rendered in the wrong layer/order and I'm just not sure how to troubleshoot it with my existing tools. Sorry for the trouble 😅

Guessing not compatible with Malibody. My full cyborg still looks normal. Nice mod tho, had me tripping for a second thinking one of my pawns was wearing deserter helmet.

@TheSimpleDude42 I completely forgot to think about the biotech body types. Based of your description anything attached onto the torso of child pawns doesn't work, however in my own runs cybernetics attached to the head and the appendages are compatible

hey it seems like there is missing option for psychic sensitizer in the settings.
