the ducts won't open if the floor below them is filled completely with water, i don't know anything about the stuttering open issue since neither me or none of the people who tested the sub had that issue.

drainage ducts dont work right they stutter open and close when waters inside or dont open at all

For those mentioning the torpedoes exploding instantly upon loading its a result of the "Performance Fix" mod. The assembly for the torpedoes that is linked in this description discusses this and how to fix it.

so upon loading in with it, all the torpedos exploded instantly and nuked the sub. lmao
