Because the changes are nearly doubling the number of used skill effects in the game, listing some or all of them in an easily readable format would be very time consuming. I added a pastebin of what the skills are. This doesn't show changes from base game => mod, but it at least can give you an idea of the final state, if there's a specific faction you're curious about.

It would be great if you could list some or all your changes in the description, for easy reference? Thanks :)
