Increased the time for each bombardment

Constant Plasma Bug Bombardments in the main base is terrible when it destroys your only supply spot. It's genuinely annoying and as there is no marker for where the Plasma Bugs even are, if any are on the map, it's impossible and I had to end up quitting the mission.
