Go to ->Q menu -> Uttilities on right top. -> Admin (category) -> Sandbox settings -> Give weapons on spawn.

Two days ago was a big july gmod update so probably it has restarded some values for everyone.

few nitpicks
spas-12 stocks are misaligned (one is prone to z-fighting, other probably was rotated on compile) and probably need a folded variant
also books dont make sense, at least german ones, they should be opened and read from left to right, not the other way around
i also wonder if a sawed-off rifle wil also get a sawed-off stock :spycon:
