Question how do you open / use character_manifest cause me is no very smart man

@icecooler I liked many aspects of it and disliked other aspects of it. I'm only giving feedback. I really like Black Mesa Security Officer's work, and I always enjoy checking out what they put out.

Didn't say the Lore was ruined, only that this broke the lore a bit. My reasoning being that the Gman seldom exposes himself to others without them being significant.

And if you're in the mood for a proper Chapter Overhaul: There's a few details and layouts that could be brought back from the original version of the game. There's also room for expansion when it comes to allowing the player to explore the female locker room (even though they morally shouldn't) and have NPCs react to that choice in some way; this would mean that when coming back to this area in later chapters, after the resonance cascade, the player would be able to explore the female locker room to find some goodies, and perhaps even some Gina and Collete references or missing H.E.V suits.

It'd be also important to preserve some characters as scientists whenever they have dialogue related to science things, or, to be safe, whenever they have any dialogue in general to keep them unchanged. And instead just add more personnel around the facility in general in a way that doesn't break the intention of the original scenes.

Would love a version of this, where, instead of the conference room with Gman and the Scientist being full of people (which in my view breaks the lore a bit too much), it'd be just Gman and the Scientist, but better yet, it'd be just Gman talking to a young Doctor Breen (It comes to mind that: someone made a really good young Dr. Breen in gamebanana).
