what I used to do was decompile pre existing models and edit them from there (of course I wouldn’t upload them publicly as editing other people’s models is generally frowned upon) until I bought the models for myself and ported them. alternatively you could use PAC3 and apply accessories

damn, i cant figure out how to make my own, but you doing it for a friend is awesome, i want one that looks like my pfp which was made in gmod from two mods but i cant figure out how too do it, can you tell me a hin on how to start?
