Brilliant work on this, she's a blast to play! Flows great, a nice and simple core set of moves in the best way and then the addition of the colour swapping and reactions adds a more nuanced bit of finesse and expression on top.

Honestly, when I learnt she can use a lot more colours than the ones represented here in rivals, I couldn't help but wonder how she'd look in a game entirely centered around her... But it seems you're already making one, so I wish you luck with it! ^^

I just saw Cici I thought that she's just like me fr (but like me, like fr, fr, fr) and saw she has ALL my favorite things in her: oufit, fruit, fighting style, skin color, personality, EVERYTHING. So I hope all this glazing helps to at least let you know that your OC Cici has a #1 fan :)

Comming back to say if you're planning to make other of your OCs into Rivalds charaters PLS CHOOSE CICI. She's so cool, cus her desing is awesome (the best after Pastelle), and characters that fight with kicks are the best (fact, no opinion), and the orange is the best fruit in the world, and she's super cool, so if you're actually planning doing someone else, I think she's the objective right pick :)

This character is awesome, I love the idea of changing neutral b to help with matchups and all of the interactions between the different paint colors! Absolutely beautiful sprite work too! I know people have been comparing her to Sora (floaty, changable neutral b, f-air) but I can't help but compare her to PM/P+ wolf, with her giant shine, drag down n-air, and waveland-cancelable projectile. Really cool and fun design, love the balancing, and is a blast to play!

@Dopefish, cause shes not human, shes a part of a humanoid species known as Creasians (half human/half goo). In the case of Pastelle, her mama had red hair and her father had white hair

@Heaven, Oddly enough, through the surge of feedback being received, majority consensus believes that Yellow NSpec is Pastelle's WORST NSpecial right now compared to the other two colors. You can very easily stand under the trap right now and parry it if it is placed on the ground, which will send Pastelle into parrystun. And if it's in the air, it's usually misses it's target.

Also keep in mind that the Pastelle CPU is a cheeky lil goober that'll have impeccable timing with a lot of stuff. Last I checked the CPU loves used Yellow a lot for some reason lol

Not my kind of character (I really don't like Sora) but it's a really cool character. I remember playing the first Pastelle for a bit and liking her.

While I didn't play much of the new version I played a lot against its CPU because it's pretty good so I have some opinions on the character.
I think the move I have the most to say about is the Lightning trap. That move seems incredibly broken. It's one of the most annoying moves I have ever seen. It stay on the field for a good amount of time and doesn't have any downside for using it other than the moderate amount of lag for setting it up (it's also not a real problem since the trap is created even if the animation is not finished so the opponent will almost always get hit). It makes it really difficult for some characters to recover if the trap is just set on the ledge and just really annoying to approach if the just set on the stage.
The color mixing thing is very underwhelming and I had no idea what it did until I read this page.

First I wanted to play with Pastelle because her desing is awesome and has so much personality and I thought "she's just like me fr", then I saw Sarolyn and I thought "ok, but she's just like me fr" and then saw that her skins are Zoro, Ichigo, Nagoriyuki, Akuma, Marceline, and KAMINA (and I think Ganondorf, but I'm not sure), but then I started to play a little more with Pastelle and I thought she was fucking perfect and I love to get better with her.

My point is that both have incredible movesets and designs, Pastelle is my favorite, but they're both incredible (Also Sarolyn is broken).

Pastelle has actually gotten me back into playing Rivals after a long time, her moveset & movement are all so much fun! I really can't stop playing as her. lol. Can't wait to learn about her lore in the rpg game.^^

@FULKN42TY, hai! so cool thing is that in the next update due to similar feedback, I plan on changing the sigils to better correlate with what the reaction effects do. For example, Purple will probably be shaped like a % sign to match the fact that it deals more percent, etc.

Also I forgot to say this in the comment I posted but I also think it would be neat if the reaction effects reflected the elements a bit more

I love the concept of the character, and she has a really fun move set, I just wish the color reactions had a little more than what so far to me sounds like state changes. I may be just dumb but pick between more knock back and more hit stun don't seem to change my play style much. I think it would be cool if it had the state changes like normal, but then would throw in an extra effect, like you getting a speed boost. Maybe I'm dumb though, I'm not a professional so I'd like to hear others thoughts on my comment. (also I really like how the sword looks like a ball point pen)

She's really fun! I love her moveset a lot!

i hope so too cuz that is honestly a crazy cool concept.. and what if you can control the brightness and the darkness of the color? like to make like pink and brown or something.. there is so many possibility's with this but i don't wanna get ahead of myself, just hope something like this gets implemented in a splatoon game lol..
