Use GCFScape to find the .vtf you want to edit inside of the pak01_dir.vpk file located in the folder "SteamApps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2"

Note the file path the .vtf is in inside of pack01_dir.vpk

Open the .vtf in VTFEdit, then export to TGA image filetype.

Use Photoshop or Paint to edit the image, then save it back into a TGA with the same file name.

Use VTFEdit to turn it back into a .vtf (again with the same file name)

Make a tree of folders that is exactly like the file path of the original .vtf in the pak01_dir.vpk and drop the .vtf into the end of that file path.

Drag and drop the root folder of your new folder tree onto a file called vpk.exe located in the folder "SteamApps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/bin"

This should create a .vpk file of the same name as the root folder of your folder tree. This is your addon. Drop it into your "SteamApps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addon" folder and see if it works.

[Update Notice]

The colors of my first BMO medkit were a bit off, so I updated them a bit.

If anyone is unsatisfied with this change, I will reupload the one with the original colors into it's own workshop file.

All constructive or semi-constructive input is appreciated.

Also, somebody needs to reskin/sound all the survivors as Archer characters. I would play the hell out of that.

I know this isn't the only BMO medpack in the workshop.
However I designed this one to be a little more rugged and gritty, so it doesn't look so out of place in the post-apocalyptic environment.
