'Steam Rules'.
Well some people think so robmerlo.
I certainly enjoyed seeing one at speed in their day. The best for me personally, was 87mph on a recorded trip I went on. It was south of Crewe on the WCML in 1964.
Have I told you I was also lucky enough to be hauled by 60022 Mallard (World Record holder at 126mph) before withdrawal. I got to walk through the tender and go on the footplate too.
It was a special, and I sent a letter to the organisers to see if I (12 years old) could board the train on a normal train ticket (without being officially on the trip), as I knew it was leaving from Bristol and stopping to let some people off at Swindon. They said OK! So I bought a normal kids return ticket, met the organiser at Bristol Temple Meads, just before it left, and then had my trip getting off at Swindon (returned by a normal service to BTM). What a day.

I agree with you Highball Simulation. Like a blast from TSC's past.

Great you enjoyed it so much.

Hi Beduth Bob,
Great to be able to provide you with a scenario for a forgotten route. Thank you for trying the first in this collection. As Highball simulation says "brought back memories of the early years of TSC".
Cheers

An excellent scenario that brought back some nostalgic memories of the early years of TSC. That's another great route to run some more!
